MUST TRY RECIPE

MARIE CRACKER LAYERED CHEESE

If you are bored with Kek Batik why not try the upgrade recipe of it? If you are cheese lover, milk lover, here is the perfect recipe for you. Basically this non baked cake is tender, soft, rich and melted into your mouth once you taste it. Here i share the recipe with you...

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gram cream cheese
  • 100 gram sugar or 1/2 tin of condensed milk
  • 1 box of fresh milk; 3 table spoon of milk put into cream cheese and remaining for dipping
  • 1 packet of Marie biscuit
  • 1 packet of Milo (small)

METHOD

  1. Use hand mixer or blender to whipped cream cheese, sugar or 3 table spoon of milk (your choice to choose either one). Whipped this until it’s become lighter. Remember cream cheese should be in room temperature, so it is easy to whisk
  2. Buttering your baker tray with parchment paper/ baker paper; if u don't have it's doesn't matter, just buttering whole part of your baker tray
  3. Pour remaining fresh milk in a medium bowl, then dipping the Marie cracker into it. If you like soft texture,dip it a bit longer, if u like crunchy, just dip it faster. Fill your first layer with the dipping Marie biscuit
  4. Pour your whipped cream cheese into the baker tray. This layer is the second layer
  5. Then sprinkle over the Milo into it on top of the cream cheese layer
  6. Repeat this layering process until the last drop of cream cheese and last piece of Marie biscuit
  7. Chill your cake in refrigerator in one night, or minimum 4 hours just to serve it cold
Finally, you can taste it. Believe me, this is the easiest way to have such a great cake without baking it. If you have extra budget, you can also use heavy cream.
